Bartosz81, Sony is not guilty that after update some games stopped working, that's game's developers problem, that game is not supported with Jelly Bean 4.3 
If u bought game legal, write to game's developers. They should fix problem or somehow to help u. Maybe will be new update of games which fix that, will be supported with Jelly Bean 4.3. That's not Sony problem About others your problems like headphones which stopped working, just buy new original Sony headphones (coz with others headphones which is not supported with Xperia M, with them can be problem too. Better is buy original products like Sony if u using Sony smartphone, believe me 
I have two Sony's headphones, once which i got when i bought Xperia M and MW600 http://www.sony.co.in/product/mw600, both headphones working fine. Before i bought Xperia M i had Live With Walkman, then i bought MW600, which worked with Live With Walkman fine too... So my opinion just buy new original Sony supported headphones... Is not update problem i think. If u have Sony's headphones and still have problem, just repair yr phone with PC Companion. About lags, i didn't had yet and i don't have yet any lags with this phone... If serioulsy phone working really great, fast and good... So my opinion use less apps, coz u using a lot of apps i guest, which using a lot of memory of phone... Games "eating" a lot of memory of phone... So that's why phone lags... It's not again guilty update or Sony... This rules is in all devices: Computers, Smarphones and ect... U using too much memory of phone... What's next? "Camera has worse quality" - u bought mid-rage smartphone with 5mp camera and u want what? Quality of pictures which doing professional Sony's camera? 
U kidding? It's just 5mp smartphone camera... In good light u can do good pictures, in low light all smarphones (or some others devices too) doing not so good pictures... That's why in this phone (or newest Xperia's models) is HDR function. Which can u help in low light... But again it's smartphone camera, u don't aspect miracle... How much i did pictures with this phone i did not so bad pictures, yes it's not super quality, but still pictures looks good... So choose good light, good settings and i think u will have good pictures... About battery i agree with u, draining reallly reallly very fast... And it doesn't matter using i'm Stamina Mode or not... it's not helping That's one of yr mentioned problem which Sony must fix... About you, i can advise to you just to use less apps, to buy new headphone and to choose good light and i think u will lose your mentioned problems... Good luck I have latest Jelly Bean 4.3 version and i don't have these problems which u mentioned (just battery draining fast and gps is not working good, which u by the way are not mentioned)
