My Sony Xperia L, I beleive has gone into shop mode as it keeps talking to me. So when I unlock my device it says 'device unlocked' and I have to double click everything to get onto it. I also can not text... I cant swipe left/right/up/down! Please help me out!!!

Use two fingers to pull down the notification bar > settings > scroll down > accessibility

You have to use two fingers to drag notification bar and double tap to select.
