xperia L wifi problem

wifi and data pack problem .

As soon as my phone goes in sleep mode my wifi automatically gets TURNED OFF 

stamina mode in my set is disabled and in my wifi setting the option " keep wifi on in sleep mode " is also enabled .

wifi symbols is always there on the top of my screen but still i m not able to use internet or open up any web page .

i have tried updating my software but still the same issue prevails .

please help ..

i m thinking of putting up a formal complaint against THE XPERIA

Can anyone from Xperia help me onthis matter ........

till the time my screen is ON wifi is active ...... once i close the screen then i have to restart wifi in order to open an webpage again ......

what is wrong with xperia ......

i had earlier used Xperia miro and didnt faced any problem 

this is definately my LAST sony set
