Xperia L - Touch Issue

Hi,

I am using the sony Xperia Neo L model for more than 6 months. whenever i do a msg text letter "a" is not working, for that i have to rotate it and then press a then it works. I think there is a problem in touchscreen in that particular place, how to get this rectified. Please help.

If you believe that there is an issue on this place of touchscreen you can try to:

- scroll internet pages touching in this position-

- download from the play store an app to test touchscreen

- install a game like a puzzle.

Anyway it's strange that touchscreen doesn't work only in this little part

Also you can test the touch screen with an integrated tool in a hidden menu.

Go to Phone Call and write : *#*#7378423#*#*

Then go to Service Tests and click on Touch Screen and start painting all over the screen.

Go to a sony service center and get your phone checked it may be some hardware problem.
