type this code on your mobile and it will take you to the service menu where in you will be able to test your speaker..if the sound from the speaker is not audible or if there is any disturbance you can take your mobile to the nearest service center and get your problem solved..
Have you by chance tried performing a software update or repair on the product? As this may be related to a software issue. Use the instructions below to perform a software repair/update.
1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps
