Xperia L Mobile Network problem

I have full network in my area, Other mobiles with same carrier can easily make calls. And Xperia L also shows network but when i make call it shows "Mobile Network Not available". As you can see in this picture i have full network availability still it shows mobile network not available.

go to settings > about phone > status and check the signal strength, is your data on ?

No my data is always off. I use wifi.

This problem occurs frequently not always.

signal strength is changing ...my phone is at the same location.

I don't know whats happening. But whenever i try to make a phone call it stucks most of the time and shows "Mobile Network not available".

I'm almost certain that is your SIM card, get a brand new SIM card and check again
