Xperia L camera autofocus problem

I love everything about the phone.  However, this morning, I tried capturing moments during my break and it seems like there's a problem with the autofocus of the camera, I tapped the screen and it's just soooo bluurrred.  I was wondering if turning the macro on affects the autofocus feature?  I was trying to off the macro but can't seem to find it's settings.

Also, I have tried some troubleshooting, I set my camera360 to it's new features which is the easycam and then the autofocus on the camera returned.  Does the camera 360 apps affects the autofocus of the cam?  I don't have this problem yesterday.  it's just this morning.   Can someone from the support people explain? is this normal?  Thanks and happy holidays.  I will be waiting for your response.

So it's just not me.  I have tried again as of the moment and again, the autofocus is gone.  It used to work perfectly yesterday.  I just don't know, it's kinda frustrating..

The issue is intermittent. can someone from the support answer my issue?

And which firmware do you have? The last one bring better autofocus then previously.

@Neonym   :Thanks for the response.  What do you mean firmware?  Should I reset my phone to it's factory settings?  Thanks in advance.

I got it now.  I'm under build number 153.A.0.26  - Are there updates? I checked my update center and the only updates I have are for the movies and album. 

Also,  I have remove my cameraa 360 app and the same issue persists.  My camera is losing it's auto-focus.  I just want to know the reason why and provide me some troubleshooting.  Anyone from the support team?  Does any of you reading my post?  Thank you and looking forward to your response

Any of the focus options are not working for me!  Someone please assist.  This is one of my fave features of this phone and i'm very very frustrated!!

reading about a new build release.  I will be patiently waiting for it and hoping that this will fix the issue.  BUT. I just want someone from the support team to explain why this is occurring.  I don't want to change my phone since I just got it for about 2 months?  I'm loving the phone until this autofocus issue.  Support? anyone?

Hello? any assistance here? I have updated the latest software that was prompted build 15.3.A.0.26 but still, the autofocus issue is not fixed.

Hi. I am too have problem with autofocus in my Xperia L. It's still "focusing" and can't set good focus. My last 10 mins video is terrible. Not shape as should be, additionaly i don't know why i had every 5 sec, 2 second "freeze" of screen (it looks like: recording 5 sec -> stop for 2 sec -> recording 5 sec -> stop for 2 sec). Can any suppert help us? Or should we sold our phones and buy new ones from other brand?
