When I am on WiFi or mobile data, the autosync stops in a while when my mobile is idle. I have not enabled any options on power management as well. I have recently updated the software, but still the issue persists. Pls help.
If you haven't any option under power management enabled, I suggest that you start your phone in safe mode to see if you experience the same problem or if it can be caused by some 3rd party apps that you have installed in your phone.
