Xperia J won't update

I have read that xperia j received two updates in Greece from March 2013.  But I am unable to apply any of them to my Xperia J. I am checking at least once a week through pc companion and SUS but I can not update it. Any Ideas why this is happening since I am reading in many Greek forums that other owners of the same model are able to apply the update or have done so already.

Was your phone bought at a Greek store? In other words did you purchased this phone in another country? If you did then you have to wait for the update to be approved and released in that country not Greece
