XPERIA J WIFI NO TURNING ON

hello

my brother have xperia j and wifi no working only show turning on and next 5 second later is off nothink show any network 

phone is new 3 months HE BUY in 3 network android 4.1.2 . no new ubdate ? anybody can help thank you

I have exactly the same problem. Without updating anything at all, wi-fi just stopped turning on 2 days ago..

I bought my phone on August 5th so I really hope there is a solution for this.

I suggest that you first of all start the phone in safe mode:

If the problem persists in safe mode, try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".

Strange. To be sure I suggest that you make a factory reset of your phone under settings > backup and reset > reset to standard settings. If the problem persists, you should have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:
