Hi guys i just bought this phone (xperia j) just recently towards the end of march but ithe volume via the headsets it too low.
First i thought it was the software so i ugrade to jelly bean but it still remained, then i thought the headsets that came with it may be the problem so i bought Panasonic RP-TCM120 headsets but the problem still persists. Its funny that all these headsets are loud in other mobiles or when i use then on a laptop.
Is there anything i can do to remove the volume limit?
Not as default, but it might be possible to adjust using third party app's. What I can do is to forward your feedback about this to let the project know.
When using the Sony bluetooth earphones I bought to go with my Xperia J, I can barely hear my music. I know there isn't a problem with the earphones, because the start-up and close-down chimes are fine. I've tried the plug-ins that came with the phone and they are the same.
This has only become a problem since my phone glitched a couple of months ago. Since then,
1) I've lost my contacts which has impeded calls and texts;
2) I can't listen to my music;
3) My emails have uninstalled
4) I can't download apps because, even though there is plenty of available memory (internal and SD card), the phone has decided there is insufficient storage available.
So, that's all good then.
But at least Sony offer the support of being able to come on here and be ignored.
