Xperia J - videos not playing

Hi. M using the xperia J recently I accidentally used the factory reset option on my phone ..since then I cant view any videos on you tube or online via browser .. Any suggestions as to wat I should do

 settings -> apps -> all -> youtube -> celar cache/data and disable the youtube if possible, restart the phone and try it again

You can also try to clear data for movies under settings > apps > all > movies > clear data. 

Restart your phone and try again. 

If the behavior still persists, do you get any error message when trying to play the videos?

Hi I tried clearing tge data as suggested ... Well thats the thing there is no error message all that happens is the video keeps loading ...even though I've got pretty good 3g data conx.. N it's not only YouTube if I tried watching movies on.megashare online tat also doesn't work ... The entire page loads but not the video and the thing is it used too so m.not really sure what happened .

Ok. That sounds quite strange. Does it work if you are connected to a Wi-Fi network?
