i also get this update notification. but when i try to update it, it stop on the prepare process and made my PC freezing. i tried bunch of time but still same.

You should have pc companion and sony update engine installed on your pc,i solved the problem like that!

Even though Updating to Latest Firmware 11.2.A.0.31 there are certain bugs in it...
