Xperia J touch problem

i have purchased Sony Xperia J

but now in this I am facing a problem that my touch pad is working automatically it is dialing numbers, opening applications and I am not able to work on it

and now I have switched off the mobile phone as it is automatically working and

and on my touch it is not responding

Sounds like there's something wrong with the phone but if you have a put a screen protector on it you could try removing that and see if it works.
