Xperia J sound picker

Hi,

My Xperia J sometimes doesn't ring when I get a call, the screen lights up and that's it, no ringing. I noticed that when this happens the ringtone in the sound menu is empty and when I try to set it the Sound Picker won't load, as if sound picker crashed. Any ideas?

It seems like the sound picker acts up in some strange way. Unfortunately I think the only way to try to fix this is to reinstall the phone software since the sound picker app itself can't be reinstalled. Use Update Service to reinstall the phone software and let me know if any problems remains.

download sony update service software to your pc and install it after installing the softwre off ur mobile for 30 seconds and connect ur phone with data cable by pressing volume key down and ur phone will be connected it will take 2 hours to complete the update
