Hi,

Can anyone help me about the pblm whch am facing in my new Xperia J.

Ring volume is ramdomly decreasing while ringing at the time of ring starts. I have checked all the setings in mobile. All good in settings.

Please assist me.

this is a common prob with sony phone, low volume, try to look for app like this

have you tried using similar apps? if not try to contact your local service center if they can do something about it. http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

if they have a live xperia J unit you may compare the loudness see if its the same. if yes, then that's probably the norm for this unit
