Sony xperia J does the following things of it's OWN FREE WILL
Turns its self on and off
Changes ringtones / removes tones / sounds
slow / laggy screen
says "storage low" when it has over 1GB of INTERNAL ram and over 7Gb of SD card (all apps installed on SD)
OK, I want no "turn it off and on again", "restart factory default" "update android" comments, I have done all this, and it still does not work
No, all my apps are not on internal memory (apart from the ones that can't be moved).
There is no malware or viruses on my phone, this phone is regulary connected to my PC for sync, I use Kaspersky 2014, which is told to scan all media when connected. Nothing pops up, (and kaspersky is a whiney little git when it finds something).
The reason I am straight to the point, is because I have seen a few forum posts (which have no fix) about this and everyone has been told the above reasons.
I think that the problem is that the phone is plain and simple, a pile of crap.
The software and OS are too good for the spec of the phone, and to be honest I am not impressed.
Luckily enough my other phone is a Xperia Z, But i do need the other phone as requirement for work.
I know that the Xperia J is no longer produced. Does this affect the manufacturers warranty? (EU legislate dictates 6 years minimum for ALL electronic appliances)
I would like this to be fixed, but currently my Xperia Z is indisposed (lost) by Royal Mail en route to the repair facility so I cant send it away, but the above problems make the phone unusable
Any Sony moderator help at all please?

I'm having simliar prolems with my Xperia J. First it started to turn off by itself, then it cleared all my contacts, then my photos and yesterday my music. All over the space of two weeks.
I constantly get the memory error when I have 1GB free in my internal and 2GB's free on my SD card. It also won't save new contacts. Getting very frustrated now as I can't seem to find a fix
