My phone is having problems with regards to signal network (not Wi-Fi). It just doesn't appear to have any signal. I've tried swapping my sim card into another phone and it works perfectly. What should I do? Or is this a recurring problem among Xperia J models?

Don't you have any network connection at all (for calls, SMS, Internet) or is it just the Internet part?

Don't you have any network at all? Try to change network mode under settings > more > mobile network > network mode. Restart your device and try again.
If the issue still persists, I would suggest that you try with another or a new SIM card in your device.
