Xperia J isssues: slow processing!!!!

last week i bought Xperia J and since then I am facing issues with it.

it is working too slow. even on the screen slide i have to struggle with the touch. while typing messages it lags alot

i visited a sony center. they flashed the system but still the problem persists.

i had a lot of expectation from my first Android phone(sony Xperia J), but it has really disappointed.

kindly suggest what should be done to get the issue resolved

PS: I have restored factory settings.

I'm facing the same issues.. but now it's become worse after i tried upgrading to android 4.1 and now my phone is dead and won't come on. The phone lags a lot and it's too slow.

This was my first android phone as well, even my blackberry which i used for 4 years is better than this phone. It was a mistake going for this phone when there are better phones in the market with the same price. Now my phone is at the service centre and i have no idea when it will come back. I dont even want it.

go to sony centre have your J fix it there... got the same problem with you guys... they fixed my J by down grading its Build no.

Check if you still experience this after reinstalling the phone software using SUS.

I updated  my mobile by sony update service yesterday. it took two hours to download and install but stilll no change..

its still slow.. slide lock, typing everything slow!!

what do you suggest?

I configured a J yesterday,it's not mine though.It's running on JB and i can see it's struggling with performance here and there.But no major issue cause I've disabled many apps that she wouldn't need+installed Apex Launcher.Overall it's smoother and less heat was felt near the battery after that.The problem is the processor is too weak to handle too many tasks.Can't complain cause it's one of the lowest rangers.

I have the same problems!!!!! Contacted sony numerous times and no solution! Every time was told to repair phone on sony pc companion, didn't work.
Has anyone a solution to fix this problem?????
I have been suffering with this problem for over a year and my phone is on the latest software which is android 4.1.2
