XPERIA J heating while calling

Hi,

I using Xperia J rsince April 2013 and I find the mobile gets heat-up while calling when I do multi-tasking in my phone the phone reboots automatic? May I know what is the issue is it issue with the device or software. Please Help.

Reboot the phone in safe mode,see if it still gets very hot.If not,you have some apps that act up in the background.If yes,take it into service.
