xperia j battery problem

how can i fix the battery problem of my xperia j. since i update it into 4.1.2 android version and 11.2.A.31 firmware my battery

wont last a day. it takes 9-12 hours battery draining i. anyone can give me some tips how to return into ics and 11.2.A.21 firmware

What is draining battery if you check settings > power management > battery?

Have you tried to turn off your phone and remove the battery for a while?

It can be an error with media scanner.If is working continuous will drain your battery while...you are doing nothing with the phone.
