Xperia ion overheat & 3g problem

I am using a xperia ion for last 7 months. But meanwhile i feel very disturbed to using this handset; it became freeze while using 3g,overheating problem, sometimes it cannt responding to make a call, or send a sms.

I was updated the os into 4.1.2.

Please help someone to get rid of this problems.

I suggest you try a software repair via sony update service.It will erase phone memory.

I repaired the OS via PC companion for 3times. Now tell me something newer to solve this problem.
