Xperia Ion Hard Bricked, System Wiped Accidently

I have rooted my xperia ion on JB, installed dual recovery from xda-developer, flashed a custom ROM. Due to installing a custom font phone was stuck at boot loop. I accidently wiped the system. Now when I chrage the phone the RED LED lights turn on after keeping it on charging for a 1-2 day a sony logo appears and it stuck there. What to do? The LED never turns from RED to ORANGE as mentioned here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1849170. Also the battery never dries out as mentioned the xda post, i kept the phone for a week. Please help to fix my phone!! I am going MAD!!!!!

Have you tried to repair the phone in PC Companion?

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

If that doesn't help I suggest that you turn to some more experienced developer on XDA for some more tips.
