xperia ION Games are not working..:(

i am facing a huge problem on my set. Games like NFS Most Wanted , FIFA14 etc crashes everytime  whenever i open them. Already  RESET my phone settings 2-3 times but  still unable to play .

I have played them before and they were running smoothly but now ..!! DNT KNW WHAT THE PROB IS .

Android Version - 4.1.2

Build Number - 6.2.B.0.211

Please help..!!!!

but  i m a bit confused bcoz this is for updating softwares how can i reinstall software with the helpofthis ..
