Xperia Ion cannot turn off

My phone struck in booting, cannot turn off i've tried VOL Up + Power but dosen't work, display on but black please help me

Hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel a vibration (phone will restart)

Hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel 3 vibrations (phone will turn off)

Does anything happen?
