xperia go tuch screen problem

why my xperia go screen is not responsive when i doing txtmasge. i compare to my frnd xgo mine is not responsive i already try repair PCC and i remove the screen protector still not resposive. plizzzz help me sory for my speling ang bad english.:smileycry:

Since you already tried to repair the software and remove the screen protector, it doesn't sound like a software problem.
