Xperia Go touchscreen problem

Well just this past month my xperia go seems to have a touchscreen problem. The response is laggy and texting is irritating :smileyangry:. Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried restarting the phone but the problem still persist. Sometimes though its VERY responsive but now its not. My go is in ICS. Can anybody help?

Then you have a problem, you need to send/bring your phone to Authorized Sony Service center

Really disappointed with very low quality Touch screen Sony gives for Xperia go

I have bought xperia go on  23/09/12 From Trivandrum,India . Now just after a year the touch screen is not working. 

I checked with sony's authorized service center and they asked to replace the touch screen which is around Rs 8000.

Which is about more than 50% of current cost of phone.

That is right.. You can buy better phone with 50% the cost of xperia

Go with better specs right? ALthough the cost of this thing goes back

Hey guys,i think its not the hardware problem..i've already replace my xgo touchscreen digitizer because it broke after fell down to the floor and the screen hit on something..after replacing it,i thought the "weird acting" problem of the screen will be solved but it doesnt...still got the same problem with the new digitizer...

is there any staff who read this thread?i have same problem n ive tried many suggestion even for xperia tipo touchscreen,they said that it have to be recalibrating,but when i do the same on my x-go,it wont install(its apk) then i search for other calibrating apk but it still the same.

if there is any staff in here,please respon us.tq

Well,i can tell u guys that this is not cause by the hardware or touchscreen or anything else..its all about the firmware,operating system,and the update..there is something wrong with the update.just believe me.i've already change my digitizer aka touchscreen of my Xgo..

Me too, partial touchscreen and go button awfully bad as **bleep**!!
