xperia go scratch resistant problem..

hi i went around the forum searching for answers for my screen's scratch resistant problem(claims scratch resistant, but not)...i saw few scratches and installed a screen guard..i dont lyk it that way..it looks lousy..so is it ok for me to remove the guard?..after removing, if new scratches develop is it repairable? tnx in advance..

My phone fell down a good enough number of times, I don't have any scratchs. 😕

xfahim good for you....i havent dropped it...but yet i have small scratches here and there..

You will likely find that the damage is on the pre-attached shatter protection sheet. This is a fairly heavy duty plastic sheet applied over the screen that you can remove if you wish.

i would like to ask about the warranty of xperia go,it was accidentally drop on the floor in a low place just this morning dec.18,2012. i purchase it last october 28,2012 i was searching about its warranty if it is still covered for replacement? and i google it also and browse in youtube theres a lot of drop test i have viewed and it shows how it was so durable but why my xzperia go easily been damage the screen now is broken it has now a crack...please response if i could ask for replacement for this xperia go of mine...

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If the handset has become physically damaged then unfortunately any repairs would generally be at cost.

In my country, Philippines, some distributors offered extended warranties which covered accidental damages which would result to phone damage. I was able to purchase the extended warranty. So far, I have not used the warranty and do not plan on using it, yet. I just bought just to make sure. :smileygrin:

I just thought that the distributors have so much confidence on sony xperia go's durability that they offered extended warranties for accidents.

How to remove screen protection? And i think that mine came without heavy duty plastic sheet. I also have smal scratches :smileysad:.
