I need to repair my phone using PC Companion.As Usual,it asks to disconnect the phone ,turn it off and connect it again while pressing the volume down button.Earlier ,while doing this,the led would go orange,then briefly green and the software repair will proceed further.Now,the led goes orange,then green and is stuck in green.The software repair wont move on to next step.
What to do?btw my phone is not booting up so i cannot change any settings or do any factory reset.
