The current build number of my xperia e3 is 18.4.A.1.25,when i checked the new update through update centre it shows an update is available, but the problem is the avilable update build number is the same as the build number in my phone (18.4.A.1.25).The available update build number on sony mobile website is 18.4.C.1.29 release date 2014-09-26.why it seems like this?is the new update available in india?
I am having the same problem,and whenever i try to connect my phone to upgrade via pc companion(when it says to connect phone pressing vol down button)nothing happens!!!
Check your phone model if it is D2202 it might not get new update or will get only 18.4.A.2.13, may be Sony is not providing latest update i.e. 18.4.C.1.29 to this particular model or some models of Xperia E 3 for now. The problem is Sony customer care is not telling anything clearly about this.
