Xperia E3 - 3G network not working

I am using xperia E3 D2212. Somehow 3G internet speed is not working on the handset. Tried few cards i.e. idea, vodafone, bsnl etc. All the cards work very well on other handset but not in E3. Have tried automatic to manual interenet/APN settings but nothing seems to work. All my cards have 3G plans. Please suggest.

Settings - More then Internet settings - Choose the correct netowrk for that sim card making sure to select the right plan as some will have two ie: Contract and PAYG

It's not working. .....3G is not working in my phone even after checking all the settings and checking service provider details.

Same sim is working in 3G in samsung phone but not in this model.

I already change the network mode GSM to WCDMA, but automatically network are stopped can't change to 3g Mode.
