Xperia E1: not receiving random messages

[sergio13]

Hello,

I have an Xperia E1 with Andoid 4.4.2. and I've noticed that though I receive some messages normally, I do not receive others at all. The texts I don't receive appear to be random. I have tried deleting old messages and clearing the cache but still haven't been able to fix the issue.

Have any of you encountered the same problem and how did you fix it?

Thanks for the help!

Are the missing messages coming from iphones?

[sergio13]

Some are but most of them no.

If they are using android devices, ask them which messaging app they are using.

You can also boot on >>> safe mode for a couple of hours to test if you experience the same problem
