Xperia E1 dual reboot itself

Hi,
I use the Xperia E1 dual since 3 months. I made all updates, when the phone is plugged on PC Companion, all is OK. But, the phone reboot itself even during a call phone, sometines 3 times or more every day ! I don't understand, where is the Sony quality ? I loose a lot of time with this phone, please find a solution, I saw on forums others guys with the same problem but no solution ! You are not serious. Please give me a solution before put the phone in a trash. Thank You.

This is normally an issue with the SIM card being dirty or of ill fitting - Is your card a manufacturer fitting card or one that has been cut down to size, Also check that it is free from defects and dirt/grease etc

One sim is a new one, the second one maybe 2 years old and it is the sim used for the data. Do you preconize to change it or just clean it ?

Try cleaning and if that doesn't work then your next option is to get a new one and if that fails then ask the place of purchase to inspect your device or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Yesterday night I cancel all applications and reset the phone to the factory configuration. I use it all the day with call phones on the 2 sim cards and use an internet browser instead off applications (for exemple I use the Twitter mobile site and not the application)

Conclusion: the phone worked faster all the day and it never reboot so please don't tell that it is a problem with sim cards, I am sure you have a problem with the memory and your soft. It is not a good thing for Sony.....
