xperia e volume problems

The volume for my music, videos etc is stuck on full and I cant lower it, but when I try to change the volume of the ringer it works fine? Also the mute symbol with the volume bar (full) comes up when I try to lower the volume?

Try this 

Settings > apps > all > Walkman > clear eveerything > restart your phone 

Don't forget the Kudos
