Xperia E Soft Key (BACK) backlight not working!

I bought Xperia E a couple of weeks ago and now the phone is a bit laggy rather than that the soft key backlight wont glow ! And sometimes during a call a person is not able to hear my voice !
Please land with a solution as fast as possible ..
