Xperia E dual lags

My E dual hangs and you can not make or receive calls ... ie selects but does not connect ... this happens almost once a day out of sleep mode. In addition, the promised Android update ... apparently present from May ... Continue is not available!

You have 2 options

1) wait until its approved and released in your country 

or 

2) manually update your phone
