Xperia E Dual battery reading bug

I just buy xperia e dual, but after 2 weeks, i just notice that the battery level sometimes up and down again. I'm using the lastest firmware (11.3.A.2.1)

as you can see the picture below

please help...

Repair/reinstall the latest firmware and do NOT install any apps, at least not for few hours

already try to reinstall/repair the firmware, but it always said that there's no software update for my phone.

btw, i'm in Indonesia.

It doesn't give you the option to install (reinstall) the current update (check on the bottom right)

When I try to repair the phone, and at step plug to the phone while press the volume down key,

it always show "there is no software available"

I try both pc companion and sus, both the same result. also already open all traffic for pc companion and sus from my firewall
