Xperia E data traffic

My Xperia is being a pain. I need access to the internet frequently while I'm away, and I cannot get ANY mobile data connection at all when I'm out
I've turned the phone On and Off again and I've talked the (O2) SIM card out
Please is there any advice to fix this

Check if you have the correct APN settings, also you might want to get a new SIM card and finally, do you have any antivirus or taskiller app?

I do not know how, bit the issue just completely resolved itself. Must have been just a strange glitch.
