Pls help me for the data connection stop on attending calls.

Are you running on GSM or 3G/UMTS?

I am using 2G internet connection by GSM sim.

My media storage got deleted. Hence i didn'e see any default sounds in music library. Kindly help us clear this...!

When on GSM, i'm afraid you will not have any mobile data connection during a call.

The preinstalled ringtones and notification sounds should not be visible in the music player. Do you mean that you can't see them when you select ringtone? If so, go to Settings -> Apps -> [menu] -> Reset app preferences. When you then try to set ringtone, select the app Sound picker.

Also i found a file, named as ".tcookieid" in my SD card. Is it virus and dangeros? How to remove it?
