Xperia E call automatically gets disconnect problem

Hello,

I have a Xperia E phone.

The problem is my phone automatically gets disconnected while talking on the phone. I have brought this in the month of july 2013. I have also updated the latest software from pc companion. When i make a call the phone gets disconnected after some seconds, this is happening in incoming calls also..

please help me in this problem...asap..

Is your phone's proximity sensor working properly?

You can test the proximity sensor using the application Xperia diagnostics:

If the proximity sensor is working fine I suggest that you start your phone in safe mode to see if the behavior may be related to any 3rd party application installed in your phone:

If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that you try with another SIM card in your phone.
