Xperia E (C1504) complaint - Regarding

I purchased a new sony XperiaE C1504 (\) On 17/06/2013 at UniverCell, Vellore. Rs.10,000. After 15 days I found more problems. ( Bill Details: UTN: 9456131) I list one by one

1. I can’t pick the call (swipe the screen).

2. Main problem is most of the time someone calls me it’s always says not reachable/ switch off. But, in my mobile it full signal is available. I can attend the call only after restarting my mobile repeatedly.

3. If I am trying to search my contacts it takes time to respond.

4. Most of the time my mobile hanging.

5. When I gave two times to service centre at Vellore, for this problem – they only flashed the mobile and not rectified my problem.

6. Most worst part is, when I asked to solve this problem in UniverCell vellore shop they are canvassing me to exchange this mobile to buy other mobile.

But i have not satisfied for cell phone repairing.

So, I request you all too please consider it as a high priority and request you to please replace my phone under warranty.

Please do the needful for replacing cell phone.
