Hello all,
I'm having the follwing issues with my Xperia S LT26
It's dead ( doesn't turn on, but I found the work-around on the forum with the software recovery) that's fine and well
BUT
IF I do this recovery, I lose ALL data ( sms contacts etc...) that's my whole problem...
Sms, I don"'t really care but I defenitly need my contacts and photos ( pictures of the birth of my daughter are in there).
is there any thing and or software that can recover after the pc companion software help?
OR ( this is more "technical", is it possible to disassembel the phone to acces the memorey card where everything is stocked?)
thanks in advance for any help given.
Kind regards,
Beo
Dear,
the steps worked until the recovery part. I updated pc companion and followed the steps. it goes wrong when the software asks me to plug out the phone, shut it down and plug it back in while pushing on the volume down button... the phone doesn't turn on ( that's the whole issue) so this doesn't work any more then that...
but thanks for the tip
it there a way to dissassembel the phone to gain acces to it's HDD ( in a way of speaking of course, I'm guessing it's a kind of usb stick type memory).
thank you for your help,
Kind regards,
Hi, Did you ever complete a backup of all your files and pictures onto your PC or Cloud service? Apparently, even if your data gets deleted, it is still actually there unless something is written over it. You can try doing recovery tool with some programs over the internet or an app. What I do to avoid this happening to me is have a software called Android Data Recovery, because I know how crappy it is to lose alllll your pictures! It has happened more than once ot me when I've lost my phone and had them accidentally deleted. You can get more information here: How to Recover Deleted Files on Android Let me know how it went!
