it could be an app acting up or it could be something else

1st remove the SIM and SD cards and use your phone for 1 or 2 hours

2nd reboot on safe mode and use it for 1 or 2 hours 

3rd repair your phone with SUS or PCC

The restoration was done by Sony Pc Companion and set the machine to restart it again.
