XPERIA C6502 microphone

hello,

I just bought an xperia zl, I have like 2 weeks with it, but suddenly the primary microphone is not working, when somebody call me or I call, the other person only hear like a wind sound.

I already tried a repair using the PC companion and the  problem if still there.

I tried unchecking the microphone noise supresion and still the same.

I tried the service check number and check the primary microphone and it looks that the problem is there.

to me it looks like a hardware problem.

PLEASE let me know what can be done, or where I can sent the phone to get it fixed.

If the problem remains after a repair in PC Companion and no 3:rd party apps installed this is, as you say, most likely a hardware problem. I recommend that you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) for assistance.
