Xperia C5 Ultra - I can't be heard when making my calls.

Hi Guys!

Help me please with my Xperia C5 Ultra phone. 

When I use my Xperia C5 Ultra phone to call, I cannot be heard unless I use my earphones. 

I have tried to reset my phone, use the sony software repair tool and when I ran the diagnostics, my microphone isn't broken. 

It's really frustrating because I can't even use my phone to make calls. 

Any help and tip is much appreciated!

You can narrow down the issue by booting in safe mode

still the same problem. i  needed to use my earphones still to make calls even when on safe mode ;(

I alreday did, nothing happend. I have also did restore to factory data reset and same problem.
