Xperia c4, not getting the full screen caller I'd....

I purchased Xperia c4 and I m facing a problem here that if some body call. It doesn't show full screen notification..
Please help. Is there any problem in setting? If it pls guide me here or on my email [removed by moderator].

Hi @RahulAlphalearning,

Do you only get the incoming call notification on top of the screen? Is it both on the lock screen and home screen/in apps?
