I tried to change my lock screen yesterday, and turned off the screen. Later, when I tried to turned it on, the screen was frozen and seem dead. I tried to do the "press the power and volume button" trick, and it shut it down. I tried to turned it back on again, but then the screen was frozen on the home menu. It's still connected to the internet cause I still recieve notifications from LINE. The clock on the screen is also updated, and the alarm also still works. After I turned the screen back off again, I can't turned it back on again, it just frooze black. The phone keeps vibrating tho, i dont know why. Can somebody help me?
ps: i'm trying to fix it myself before i have to go to a store

Hi @ALISTER97,
You can also try forcing a power off using the small button found behind the SIM and memory card cover. Check here for more information about that.
However if that doesn't help then you should try the software repair using PC Companion as uliwooly suggested.
