im facing same problem of 19.2.1.A.0.72 update to my xperia c3 dual as many other users..that is flash issue of main camera ..photos came very dark..SONY plz Fix this bug..ASAP..and test software before you launch it.

I am also facing the Flash issue after the update.

Kindly RESOLVE this as soon as possible. SONY is brand name and people have faith. This is very URGENT issue to be solved. The Support office is saying there will be an bug fix update but till now SONY company has not come with any update. This is very BAD on the part of SONY company. It will harm the GOODWILL and REputation.

PLEASE FIX THE BUG ASAP. THIS HAS BEEN SINCE VERY LONG NOW.

After updating 19.2.1.A.0.72 in my C3 dual i am also facing back camera problem. Pictures are not clear. Flash is very dull. Give some new updating please.

and cell hangs on incomming calls but its hapen rerly .its very bad that its happens with sony befour i use many models but this is very bad exp.if its not clear i update on facebook plz dont by sony product bec lo quality after counting big prise....

same thing.flashlight not working at the correct time while capturing,the flashlight timing is completely incorrect,please fix this issue soon,after updating to the latest software we are facing this problem,please please update the software package and Give us an update

frndzzz dont update your sony c3 dual... build number.72 and. 75 is very very bad performance your using rear camera. . so degreade your mobile to contact your nearest service centre.. now i am using xperia c3 . degrade my mobile yesterday camera is better then the new update... i am feeling happy...

Yes my camera is facing video camera refocusing issue and also facing these issues be, these issues are generally present in Stock Google kitkat 4.4.2 too so no need to worry it could only be fixed by an android version only which can be 4.4.4 or 5.0 if sony gives us it would be great boost

Helo friends..c3 dual got a new update,Flash issue resolved, rest everything same build version xxxxxxxA.0.75. But still there is issue in video recording (making blurr) and another Problem is display.In most c3 devices if u browse some pages with yellow, red,blue and orange Then the display brightness wil b reduce, wen u scroll down or up It wil b normal again, we cannot say exact colors but similar shades its really annoying and not resolved tooo.This update was done in Sony service, its not showing new update thru pc suite.
