xperia c startup failure

I was updating my xperia c and suddenly it shows error on computer screen and from then my phone is not starting ... Its continuously restarting ... Its showing sony logo nd again restarting... What should i do ... Suggest me

Phone is not starting how can i update it .... It only restarting

Does not matter,just charge for 1 hour,make sure the phone is turned off,try to repair with SUS:
