Xperia C hard reboot

Suddenly blank screen and dump phone.No operation and no outcome don't know what to do .

hey please guide me what to do.

Force restart the phone(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

Just vibrating once like a blink andsiny text shows and escape less than a moment.

Connect the phone to wall charger,keep it there for 1-2 hours,repair phone software with sony update service.

Sony update service means i need to connect the phone to data cable and than need to update software.
